Ben Cohen is a data and analytics director at Deel, a global HR company. There, he’s responsible for overseeing the company’s data strategy by transforming complex data insights into innovative business initiatives. Before joining Deel, he was the vice president of data for Dott, a European micro-mobility transportation company. He was also the co-founder of Increment, a company that made cloud cost management easier for data teams working with BigQuery or Snowflake.
