Allison Arzeno is CEO of Assurance IQ, which helps people navigate the complexities of finding and choosing insurance with personalized recommendations and guidance. Assurance’s data scientists and technologists created a proprietary platform to remove bias and open doors to more products to meet consumer needs. Arzeno previously served as chief data scientist at Assurance and as a consultant and leader for a variety of other companies. She has a PhD in Operations Research from MIT and previously was a lecturer on analytics and data-driven decision making at Stanford and MIT business schools. She’s also the author of “The Analytics Edge.”
