Alberto Torres is CEO of Atheer, which provides a platform for 3D augmented reality. A mobility industry veteran, Torres most recently led HP's efforts in tablets and in enterprise mobility software. Before that,he ran a number of businesses at Nokia, including the innovative MeeGo effort and the accessories group. Torres led Vertu, the luxury mobile phone company, during its explosive growth and turn to profitability. He has been a board member at Opera Software and Bang & Olufsen, and a partner at McKinsey & Co. Torres received his PhD in computer science from Stanford University.
