SharePoint already offers some integration capabilities with Microsoft Outlook. These range from syncing calendar items, task lists, and contacts to a limited ability to link file lists and use Outlook to retrieve and return files. SharePointOutlook Integration expands that last function with the ability to directly copy or move messages and attachments to SharePoint lists and libraries and to access libraries from within the Outlook window. You can set up SharePoint to automatically map email data to list columns in SharePoint. (See the screen shot, where the contents of the "Subject" field in Outlook will become the "Title" entry in SharePoint.) SharePoint Outlook Integration costs from $15 to $28 per client access license, depending on how many devices it's licensed for.

Re: Custom Approval Workflows
I called them the other day and it looks like ConvergePoint has moved away from SharePoint consulting services.

They are now focussed on their fantastic suite of Compliance Software products on SharePoint On Premises and SharePoint Online. They offer SharePoint Add Ins for Policy Management Software, Contract Management Software and Conflict of Interest Software. I saw a demo of some of their products - they are really good.

re: Top 20 Add-Ons For Microsoft SharePoint
I have been using SharePoint for document management for quite a while. I
was using SharePoint 2010 before and now has migrated to the new
SharePoint 2013 site with http://www.cloudappsportal.com that too free
of cost. It offers every feature that makes document management an easy
and efficient task for me. Data security is the key to the tool.

Good recopilation Jake,
Kaldeera Forms is a awesome tool that must be in this list. Kaldeera Forms is a tool that allows you to modify the standard SharePoint forms and create powerful web form-based applications. Hide fields, display "uneditable" fields, grouping and display the information in a more intuitive way adding static text, images, Web Parts, ...

Good list of add-ons to improve SharePoint administration and the user experience. IMHO you missed one - AskMe for identifying, aggregating, and making easily accessible the knowledge within SharePoint.

Good list of 20 SharePoint add-ons to improve performance and the user's experience and value received from working within SharePoint. I would suggest you missed one. AskMe (www.hivemine.com) is a SharePoint 2007/2010 add-on that tackles the corporate challenges of expertise identification and employee disconnect. Within SharePoint, AskMe identifies, aggregates, and makes easily accessible the knowledge that resides within SharePoint. And then going one step further, AskMe makes it possible to provide access via SharePoint to relevant knowledge that resides in other corporate systems and external data sources.

Sorry I didn't respond to your earlier suggestion about creating a printer-friendly view of our slideshows. I heartily agree, and we'll put it on our to-do list. I'm not sure what it will involve in terms of coding, so I am not sure when it would go live on the site, but we'll scope out the effort and start on it ASAP.

How many etc. times have I asked you for a one click print button for the entire article in all Slide Shows? Slide shows are a REAL PAIN and certainly do not help your customer relations. I don't care much for .PDFs either, but anything would be better than this.
