Technology Deployment International Inc. today released software designed to help companies build E-commerce applications and then integrate and manage them across their infrastructure.
Unveiled at the E-Business Conference and Expo in New York, the E-Business Management System (EBMS) is written in pure Java and aims to help companies develop and deploy both business-to-business and business-to-consumer applications that can be more easily monitored, the company says. Because the software has built-in links, once an application is developed it will automatically collect and store transaction and performance data. EBMS also interoperates with enterprise resource planning and customer-relationship management software.
EBMS includes six components: BizSite, a portal for hosting applications and operations; BizLogic, an application-development platform; BizPulse, a business rule and event correlation system; BizStore, a set of business-intelligence tools; BizManage, a management portal for monitoring, analyzing, reporting, and controlling business processes; and BizAdapter, an external system interface.
Available now, pricing depends on configuration and the number of users. A typical midsize implementation starts at about $75,000, the company says.
