Gen Z is 1999-2015. Millenials are 1982-1999. Or so. Gen Z is completely digital, much more independent, much more "show me." They are the kids of Gen X.

They aren't the same. Your constant use of the term Millenials makes this totally confusing, and your characterizations of Gen Z, if that is who you are talking about - it's hard to tell, are not in line with what I've read about them recently.
