In 2014, Beth Niblock moved to Detroit as its new CIO, tasked with transforming a crumbling and neglected IT infrastructure. Today the city has emerged from bankruptcy and serves as an example for other struggling municipalities. In a keynote interview with Code for America Founder and Executive Director Jennifer Pahlka at Interop 2018, Niblock shared some of the highlights of her efforts.
