Gartner has weighed in with its own list of the Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2020, announced at its Gartner IT Symposium Xpo event in Orlando, Florida in October. "Arguably all actions of the organization can be attributed to how it impacts these individuals and groups either directly or indirectly."
