Dallas has the lowest cost of living of any city in this slideshow, but it still offers good salaries for IT workers. It also has a very large number of technology jobs. Big employers in the area include American Airlines, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Texas Instruments, IBM, HPE, Raytheon, Southwest Airlines, Cisco and Dell.
