InQuira Upgrades Web Support Software

InQuira 8 offers Web support and services in a portal-like application.



InQuira on Tuesday released an upgrade of its namesake software for delivering customer, partner or employee support and services over the Web.

InQuira 8 integrates the company's search, discussion forums, and self-service applications into a portal-like configuration. In doing this, InQuira says its enabling companies to provide consistent information to end users, while still offering a personal experience.

The San Bruno, Calif.-based, company has also introduced tools that simplify site administration, analyze session and user activity, and provide better reporting.

InQuira 8 is available on Windows, Linux and Solaris platforms. Pricing was not disclosed.
