Everstream to deploy data collection, reporting, and real-time analytics solutions to Cox Communications' on demand markets.

Everstream, Inc., provider of enterprise software for the on-demand television industry, announced today that Cox Communications will deploy Everstream's Data Suite and Operational Intelligence (OI) software to its On Demand markets. The enterprise agreement provides a license for all of Cox Communications' existing and future video on demand (VOD) subscribers.

"By leveraging Everstream's technology, Cox will be able to normalize data from all of our vendor platforms and make it immediately available to our business and operational users," stated Steve Necessary, vice president of video product development for Cox. "Everstream's platform and applications will enable us to understand usage and growth trends from the past to predict capacity planning, as well as provide timely, standardized information and feedback to content partners and advertisers."
