Longtime security vendor McAfee has teamed up with remote tech support provider PlumChoice to offer small and midsize businesses online technical support services.McAfee already offers a Total Protection service as a hosted security solution aimed at small and midsize businesses. By teaming with PlumChoice, McAfee customers will now have access to round-the-clock technical support on more than 370 applications, technologies, and devices, according to the companies' announcmement. Likewise, PlumChoice small business customers will have access to McAfee's Total Protection service.

The service is available through https://mcafee.plumchoice.com/smb/. Pricing depends on the nature of the service and varies according to number of computers, number of minutes per month, and other factors.BusinessWire via TMCnet
