Wishlist: A federal law that imprisons negligent corporate "persons"
Unfortunately, there is no fix for corporate entities that play fast & loose with consumer data that is then hacked by criminal syndicates because secure servers was something the CEO considered frivolous.  Cough Target cough Home Depot cough Michael's.
