NowSecure
NowSecure isn't standard malware security. Instead, it scans your system for privacy and security leaks that come from apps you downloaded or from the way you use your phone. Even the most well-meaning apps, if poorly written, can pose a threat to your business by revealing information that can be used against you in spear-phishing attacks and other security threats. This app will check your phone for vulnerabilities, including unvalidated apps and insecure WiFi use.

Organizing my digital clutter and time
I'm going to have to check out Pocket. Being able to save it for later when i may not have a connection is profound. One more way to organize my digital clutter is always welcome.

And I can see where the app that help you keep track of phone time could be a life saver. Especially for those that are never without their phone. I know sometimes I feel like I've spent all day on the computer at work, you know, working, but when get done I realize way too much time was wasted with e-mail or tweaking some little thing that could have been 'good enough' for three hours. An app like that can help sort out the blind spots we all have in time management.

Were there any apps not on the list you can't live without? (other than clash of clans?)

@Progrman    I have the same concern.   I am sure it makes us more productive but there is not doubt being constantly connected has it's drawbacks as well .

Re: I will try them out

Interesting list of work related Android apps.  I particularly like NowSecure, I often wonder what these apps that I am downloading are actually doing behind the scenes, so I think I am going to give NowSecure a try.

I don't know...
I know there are probably mobile apps that can make you more work productive, but I still think productivity gains from mobile apps are probably offset to a large degree but the time wasted on things like Facebook and Clash of Clans.  I often wonder how better off some aspects of business would be if we weren't so connected...
