Another reason to be skeptical -- A 21% sales conversion rate would be great for Amazon or eBay, much less for a high dollar insurance product.

Well, if true, your story would certainly be a scoop, since absolutely no one is reporting these kind of numbers. The Federal PPACA site got 5 million visitors on the first day, and presumably many more since. 21% would limply that millions have enrolled, which really goes against everything anyone is hearing.

By the way, most of the state enrollments are into Medicare, rather than into a health plan, so be careful how you write about those numbers.
