Outlook is a great customer management tool. For customer management, you need a good contact list, calendar and task list all connected. Check out DejaOffice CRM for Outlook for a simple tool that puts contacts calendar tasks and notes all in one spot. On android it has some great widgets so you can see your day and month schedule without opening the app.
