@Pedro: This seems to be a change that's being brought about on the hardware side where the underlying technology will change but the end-product would most probably be the same. I don't see many iPhone users who'd really care about this change. In any case the Apple fanboys will by Apple regardless of whether Apple is getting the hardware from its competition.
