OLED vs LCD
reduced thickness. Maybe a thinner iPhone is in the making?

I wonder who will be the first to come up with a phone as thick as a credit card. Would people want something like that?

I switched from Android to iOS this past year. I like the fact that I am not at the mercy of the phone company to decide when i can upgrade to the next version of the operating system and what features of it i can use. There is something to be said for establishing and maintaining a standard. I also think that Apple does a better job allowing users to control how apps act. Also the security and encryption are far better on Apple than Android.

I think it depends on if there is major breakthrough - I am willing to see how iPhone 7s will look like. Retina display is very good but it can be made better. I love iOS and also iPhone - I am more than happy to see the new generation of iPhone hardware.

@nasimson – The change of the cable might be for users to move to hi-res audio on their mobiles. That's when the real sound quality comes to your mobile.

@PedroGonzales – Currently most users of apple buy the product just for the brand and not for the actual specifications of the product. Sometimes when you compare specs you really don't need an upgrade.

@SunitaT0: I think the Iris scan technology is a relatively new one and Microsoft is the pioneer in this area with their Lumia phones. It'd be interesting to see how the technology matures and whether it proves to be reliable. Till then I don't think any other manufacturer would look to invest into this technology for biometric verification.
