Re: Google+ languishes
Agreed. Never understood what the intention was with Google+, it was a big swing-and-a-miss for Google, who usually connects on most everything.

Re: Google+ languishes
I think it will eventually go the way of Buzz.  The key features have already been folded into Gmail (back when Google was trying to claim that Google+ usership was way up by calling all Gmail and all Google-product users Google+ users).  It's a matter of time.

Re: Google+ languishes
I thought that Google+ Hangouts (much more than those stupid "Circles") were the potential game-changer for Google+ by enabling open videoconferencing (and video-socializing), but I feel they weren't leveraged very well.

Re: Google+ languishes
Google+ has a great idea from the begining but the product is not that impressive - I used it for some time but now I am not able to tell the differentiator - I cannot remember any outstanding feature from it.

Google+ needs to die out. I heard they were building an AI based messenger to enter the leagues of WhatsApp. Maybe it can, but not before 2018.

@Sachin: Wow. I agree. You know the cardboard feature of YouTube can be extended to Google glass as well. It can work as a makeshift VR. I wonder if it can do what it boldly proclaims. Not the VR part though.

Re: Waiting for Google Glass
@Joshau I believe it was introduced too soon when people didn't know what connected technology was. Now they see it and use it in the form of Apple Watch and Galaxy Gear. Google glass would be a warm welcome this year.

The newest renders of the Google glass has a futuristic design. I wonder if it will attract the eye of the looker. Obviously it will but I think Google glass should have been bifocal as it always was, but it should have been like normal spectacles.

Waiting for Google Glass
I am really fond of Google Glass. I thought it would be a quite useful product for many people like doctors, teachers, traffic cops, students etc. Ironically, time was not right and google had to take it back. But I really believe that it would make a stronger comeback in 2016.
