128 GB in 2007? Was it a laptop? If I am able to recall correctly, most laptops had 32 or 64 GB at that time.

I think no one talks about that phone anymore. Yes, I read about it a while back.  I think that technology didn't take off.  smartphone manufactures are focusing on slimmer phones and  no plug chargers.  I would like chinese companies like Xiomior Huawei to start making such phones. Does anyone have any ideas why such phones aren't being made

@SachinEE: Yes. Might be. I have a Note 5 as well (recently upgraded) and I think the gap between phones and tablets have been bridged by the mighty phablets, and they pack a whole lot of power than tablets. Have you seen the screen of the Note 5? I haven't seen anything like it!

@Nasimson: Memory cards are good. Ever since phones started offering 128 GB storage, I started backing up all crucial data on my phone. Can you believe I used to have a 128 gb hard drive around 8 years ago?

@nasimson: Truly the case. Phablets aren't interesting anymore. It is hard enough to walk around with a tablet, even if its light, its cumbersome.

Memory cards
Memory cards are undermarketed. They offer an awesome value for money. I had to buy one even for my HP laptop which had limited memory of 128GB. Kingston also offers good quality.

I think there is really no need for people upgrade their tablet on a regular basis like people do with smartphones.  I think adding accessories and support will be the best idea.  I am tempted for the two in one, or phablet or like Microsoft surface. I think those will be the ones that would really take off.  As you used it more, the components will brake and people will need to replace them more often.

Better idea for Black Friday Gadgets!
You should link a portable personal projector to this. Can connect a smartphone or tablet and create a 100" screen anywhere! Who would have thought you could fit a PC with 100" screen in your jeans pocket!

Flagship phones: check. Gaming consoles: check Computer peripherals: check. UHD TVs? not sure about them. They cost too much even for black Friday deals.
