To add to your comment, one of the main attractions for the folks in my office is the way it easilly integrates with our email services (which is in office 365). Being able to manage emails in the same way we would in Outlook is just phenomenal. Many folks have decided to leave there laptops docks since they can manage most of what they do (email wise) from there phone.

Much needed
I think this update in the layout and features of Outlook for iOS and Android was much needed. This is part of Microsoft's overall strategy in promoting its products across multiple platforms as opposed to bringing people to its own platform which used to be the case earlier on. Office 365 was launched earlier for iOS which was very warmly welcomed. This Outlook update should also get a good feedback from the users.
