Re: facebook & trust
I couldn't trust Facebook with banking information, either. For people who use expensive transfer services often, though, I can see how this might be enticing.

Kristin,

"Anyone see this as a replacement for other payments services you already use?"

Not me. I wouldn't use a payment service, or health service from Facebook. Also, Facebook sounds just like a copycat lately.

P.S. Remember that post of yours about taking long FB breaks? Well, I have succeeded and the experience has opened my eyes. I feel enlightened. :D

Re: facebook & trust
I agree, Lorna, though I'd still be very skeptical of using payments over Facebook as most people likely will be. Anyone see this as a replacement for other payments services you already use?

Re: facebook & trust
Oddly enough, I'd be way more likely to use this service than one relating to discussing health concerns. The credit card companies that will inevitably, eventually be involved provide liability limits.

Now, you'd need to be nuts to link a debit card connected to your account. No wonder the feature is hidden.

Well, there's nowhere to go but up.
