Workday Student smells like BS to me
From the description, it sounds like Workday Student is all about targeting those students overpriced for profit colleges can squeeze every last nickel from.  What exactly is the benefit for students who just want to gain admission to a college for the purpose of maximizing his/her education to justify $100k student loan debts rather than having his/her data collected/dissected/analyzed for the sole purpose of enabling colleges to weed out applicants like job candidates?

More Workday bashing from Oracle
Oracle was once again on the Workday warpath during its last earnings conference call. According to Mark Hurd, Oracle signed up more Fusion ERP customers last quarter than Workday has signed up in the existence of the eight-year-old company. Mind you, Oracle is a $37-billion-annual-revenue, 37-year-old giant while Workday is a sub-$1 billion, eight-year-old startup. If Oracle isn't converting more PeopleSoft customers than Workday is scoring greenfield customers, then Oracle is loosing marketshare. E-Business Suite and JD Edwards are also Oracle legacy apps, but this isn't the customer base Workday is going after.
