Uber plans to launch a pilot program with a fleet of driverless cars picking up passengers in Pittsburgh this month.

Makes sense
This makes a lot of sense for Uber, especially if it focuses on shorter drives, as that's where this sort of autonomous technology works best right now. I'm excited to see how well it works - it could really speed up legislative changes if the trial goes well.
