Innovation, Creativity & Leadership On E2 Radio

Innovation expert and Interop keynoter Rob Cordova will share strategies to help business leaders develop new ideas and enhance their organizations' creative climate.

Innovation and creativity are invaluable traits that can help companies develop new products and services and identify opportunities for growth. Unfortunately, it can be really hard to innovate and be creative, especially if it means taking risks or changing the way things have always been done at an organization.

If you’re looking for innovation inspiration, join E2 Radio host Curt Franklin and Rob Cordova this Thursday at 2:00 Eastern for an engaging, informative discussion on creativity in the workplace. Curt and Rob will discuss innovation and leadership, and Rob will participate in a live text chat with attendees, so bring your questions!

Cordova, an Interop Las Vegas Keynote speaker and expert in the field of learning and development, has improved creativity and innovation capabilities for thousands of people in over 20 countries. He’ll share his expertise and discuss real-world examples of how leaders at all levels in an organization can develop their creativity.

Register here for the interview and to take part in the live chat on Thursday March 27 at 2:00 Eastern.

In addition to his contract work as the Director of Training with Futurethink, Rob has extensive global experience at American Express. He also works closely with OPEN on partnership-training design which has been used at Lowe's and Costco stores across the United States.

Cordova earned a Master's in Business Education from New York University and is currently an adjunct professor for the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in Manhattan.
