Hertz Gets Call-Routing Help
Hertz Corp. has deployed Rockwell FirstPoint Contact's new Advanced Intelligent Router at the rental-car company's customer-service center in Dublin, Ireland, according to Rockwell FirstPoint Contact. The call-router technology will be integrated with Hertz's implementation of Rockwell FirstPoint Contact's call-center system, FirstPoint Enterprise 2002, to help handle the 5.5 million calls, from nine countries, in eight languages, Hertz gets every year.
