I'll take a pass on the side of antipasta with my x-ray consult
There is a very fine line between customer service, defined in the context of this story, as upselling a gym membership to a member calling his HMO/physician's office and suggesting a side order with a pizza. I certainly wouldn't want to be nagged to purchase anything, or, for that matter, experience a stranger becoming overly familiar with the details of my life or medical condition for the purpose of getting on my good side in order to sell me something simply because I called a physician's office. Privacy and the right to be left alone are always overlooked by those seeking to make a buck. No thanks.
