R&H's Howard A. Schmidt and Wind River's Ken Klein strengthen board's security software knowledge

SAN JOSE, Calif. and OULU, Finland -- Codenomicon, Ltd, today announced the appointments of security expert Howard A. Schmidt, president and CEO of R&H Security Consulting LLC, and software industry veteran Ken Klein, chairman, president and CEO of Wind River, to the Codenomicon board of directors.

Schmidt brings more than 40 years of experience in corporate security and defense, including serving as the special advisor for cyber-security at the White House. Klein has a distinguished 20-year career of successfully building startups into software powerhouses. In his current leadership role at Wind River, he continues to drive the market shift from in-house development to commercial software adoption.
