Seems like every pundit has a take on the upcoming Windows 7 OS. But instead of squawking at you, InformationWeek Analytics wants to listen. And clearly, you want to talk: Our Win7 reader survey got more than 800 responses in just a few days. We're asking about topics that include your timelines (if any) for deployment, barriers to migration, expectations around compatibility, and plans for desktop virtualization. Our goal is to shape coverage that meets your needs; we know some enterprises will have a hard time moving beyond the Vista fiasco and would just as soon keep XP until they can come up with a Plan B. Just what that plan might be is something we'll explore in depth.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes and will be available through Friday, July 24. Upon completion you will be eligible to enter a drawing to receive one Apple 16-GB iPod Touch valued at $299 from TechWeb. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate. Thanks in advance.
