The acquisition beefs up Compuware's professional services
staff to more than 10,000 and extends operations of the
Farmington Hills, Mich., company into 27 cities in the
Western, Southwestern, and Southeastern regions of the
United States.
Compuware, a $1.1 billion software tools and services
company, has made two other acquisitions this year. In
February, it completed the acquisition of M.I.S.
International Inc., an IT services firm with 400
professionals. And in May, Compuware announced it had
reached agreement to acquire Reliant Data Systems, a
developer of data migration software.
