@shamika: I agree with you. Salesforce has been the pioneer in the are of SaaS and still continues to be the market leader. It has constantly innovated in terms of newer SaaS products and better solutions catering to the changing needs of the customers.

Low cost and easy deployment.
This is very true. I think the best example is the Salesforce. I have seen many organizations are in the process of implementing this within their organizations.
