NLG Natural Language Generation
May I suggest you add Arria NLG as a reference company? I think if you dig into NLG further you will find there are various levels of sophistication of NLG capabilities ranging from mail merge like templates at the left hand end of the spectrum to Shakespeare at the other end. Arria is so much closer to the right hand end.
