Carolina Milanesi is a Research VP in Gartner's Consumer Technologies and Markets team and agenda manager for consumer devices. She leads research in the area of consumer devices covering what has become known as "the computing continuum." Key areas of coverage include mobile device vendors' competitive analysis, mobile device operating systems, application stores, and tablets. Ms. Milanesi is also Google's Vendor Lead after having been Apple's Vendor Lead. She is regularly called on as an industry expert and quoted in publications such as The Economist, The Financial Times, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. She is also a regular guest on BBC Radio and TV programs, NPR Radio, Telecom TV, and Bloomberg Television.
