Earlier this afternoon, The New York Times issued an e-mail to all users that it's shutting down its Times-branded bookmarking service (Times File). Just because the terminology "cloud computing" is in vogue and has become the hottest topic to hit IT in a long time doesn't necessarily give every vendor the creative license to say, "we're cloud computing, too!" Or does it?
