EthicsPoint Provides Company-Wide Incident Management

EthicsPoint unveils Enterprise Incident Manager, a Web service that provides a single system for capturing incidents related to governance, risk and compliance.

EthicsPoint on Monday unveiled Enterprise Incident Manager, a Web service that provides a single system for capturing incidents related to corporate governance, risk and regulatory compliance.

The Web application is being marketed as a "unified repository" of incident-related data that replaces individual projects often scattered across an organization, the Portland, Ore., company said. In addition, user-defined visibility, analysis and oversight provide help in determining the financial, legal and operational implications of incidents.

David Childers, chief executive of EthicsPoint, said in a statement that the system "puts incident-related information into an integrated series of secure databases with a common oversight layer."

In offering the service, EthicsPoint claims it can provide scalability, fast deployment with legacy data conversion, intuitive client-tailored terminology for rapid orientation, and a secure interface to SAP and Oracle human resources information systems.

Pricing was not disclosed.
