When customers have questions about vehicle health reports, they can call into Ford for advice, questions and to coordinate service. When they do that, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is behind the scenes at Ford call centers. If customers consent to share their car data, Ford can pass it along to dealers before they get there so they can discuss preventative mainteance. Otherwise you have to wait for the service department to plug into the data port and get a full technical report complete with all sorts of error codes and detail that consumers don't see in reports that are delivered to their phone.
